Box
No idea why I go for this set as it is not that fancy and iconic, probably the minifigs that made me buy it and the price factor too. The front of the box art shows us the name of the set and introduces us the cast. Also a nice picture of it with a nice background. We have Gollum in his actual scale on the tos side of the box while the back of the box introduces the playability and the accessories that comes with the set.

Inside the box are four bags of bricks and an instruction book.
Accesories
We have the ring, the gem that is in disguise as the liquid that shines powerfully that scare away the Shelob, a fish for Gollum and two swords.
Minifigs
We have three minifigs here and Gollum is the unique one among all. Frodo and Sam do comes with a cape. But I remove them this time so we can have a look at the back of their torso which are printed too. Other than that, both Frodo and Sam have two expression printed on their head.

Anyway, this seems more like a small entrance or cave for me with a catapult function on the right of it that is made for Gollum rather than a lair.

Let me highlight a good point before I forget, which is the Shelob eyes are printed parts. The designer done a great job designing this spider though I am not sure how accurate is this. But it definitely meet the spider standards, that is all the spider criteria is in there.
So, first thing on the head, which is printed and adjustable together with the two fangs that placed on the both side, show that it can opens and closes it's mouth has become one of the playability.
Next are the second half of it's torso that are adjustable. Real spider do able to move that as well. So this one is adjustable for a nice poses too. Inside it contains the strings that are attached to the hook. Below it is a button that you can twist to adjust the length of the string. You will have no issue hanging your spider because the grip is very strong.
All of her legs are adjustable too, you can move the legs close to each other or separate them far from each other and each leg are divided into three segment which you can adjust again. The best part is that there is no issue in lifting up the two front legs of her and the hind legs are able to support it just like the picture shown below:
Extra pieces
We have two extra rings and a sword coming from this set together with other spares.
Completed model
This set consist of a lot of parts which most of them are the joint to the leg and other small parts. So is suitable to build some small things which this joint can support. Overall is a good set that comes with a nicely design spider.
Playability: 6/10 The playability on the spider is not that bad after all.
Building experience: 6/10 Good way to learn make spider other than from the Creator set.
Parts: 4/10 Have high number of parts, but they are usually the small parts.
Value for money: 4/10 Though is cheaper compare to Super Heroes theme, but still pricey.
Overall: 5/10 Extra accessories, cute minifigs and a nice spider.

from this new line up i believe this one is the best of the best, just love that spider and comes with a gollum :D.
