Box

I got the first version box which turn out to have Darth Vader face printed on it. The side show us the scale of the minifig and there's an error with R2-D2 head. The back of the box show us the function of the starfighter and also other set that is released at the same time.

Content

We have a instruction book, sticker sheet and three packs of bricks. There's bags given are quite big as there are many space left in it.

Accessory

The only accessory we got from this set is Anakin's lightsaber. Since is just a lightsaber, a small picture will do.

Minifigs

We get the duo that always work together, which is Anakin and his best friend R2-D2, the old school R2-D2 of course. It doesn't looks bad to me.

Jedi Starfighter

After assembling all three Jedi Starfighter, it seems like Anakin's one has the most function, which is ejecting R2 unit function and flick-fire missiles fucntion. Below are picture of the starfighter without sticker on:

As you can see, there is a translucent blue button at the bottom back of the ship for you to push and eject R2-D2 out from the starfighter. Most of the time it fails to eject.

On the top front, there is a small cannon blaster and also the Republic emblem is printed.

While below the fighter, there is flick-fire missile attach at both right and left side. Also, you can see the landing gear at the front and back.

R2-D2 are not attach to the compartment. But surprisingly the grip is very powerful and it does not fall out easily. Under it is a technic beam that push it.

Inside the cockpit there is a printed monitor and the cockpit is just fine for Anakin. Not spacious though, but crowded instead.

These are the leftovers after we are done with the fighter.

Completed model

From what I see, Anakin's Jedi Starfighter are different from the other two. All three are design differently, even a slight different, and also different function.

Playability: 8/10 Eject and flick-fire functions (again).
Design : 8/10 Don't really like the look of the front.
Price : 4/10 Is expensive here.
Overall: 7/10 More function than the other two fighter and common figs.
